Learn how to build a live audio performance in this 1.5-hour workshop.
Participants will discover how to create a DJ set using computer-assisted music creation techniques and live audio mixing.
An excellent introduction to the Serato software and the world of DJing, accessible to all levels.

About the instructor

This workshop will be led by Mathieu Monteillet.
Recognized by the Canada Council for the Arts as an electronic music composer and DJ, Mathieu is a professional artist and computer-assisted music (CAM) instructor. Under his artist name Mat Moebius, he began composing and DJing in 2000 and has explored and created in a wide variety of musical styles ever since. He has been a full-time instructor for several years and loves sharing his passion through his classes and workshops. You can also catch Mat performing at various events in Quebec and abroad—or simply on his artist page.

Please note that photo and video recording will take place during the workshop.
